1. Eligibility for Refund
For any paid purchase, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date. This applies without exception and without conditions.
2. After the 14-Day Window and Non-Paid Credits
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period are not generally available. Credits or benefits that were provided only as part of a free trial, promotion, or bonus (with no separate payment) are not eligible for a monetary refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and purchase information. We will confirm and process eligible refunds as soon as reasonably practicable, typically within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Process
Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
The charge may appear on your statement under Paddle or the relevant descriptor Paddle uses for Brandmate. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note that refunds are not available for any credits or benefits that were provided only as part of a free trial, promotion, or bonus (with no separate payment).
